Mayowa Dada is an intercessor and minister of the gospel. I have had series of encounters with the Lord on this prayer project for Nigeria and these have shaped my obedience to pursue the assignment to a reasonable end. I have been privileged to see the end result if we do not pray enough - and it's not good at all! Likewise, I have seen the end result if we pray enough - victory and fulfilment of long-standing prophecies over the nation. 

Some of the scary things I've seen:

1. The whole nation was so taken that no one could gather for Services. Even to pray in one's house was a taboo as soldiers were deployed to man Christian households in order to ensure no one could pray in the name of Jesus - even in your own bedroom. 

2. Children as young as 5 years old will be so indoctrinated that once they see anyone dressed in shirts and trousers, they'll assume them to be Christians and then scream and cry so loud for such persons to be seized and killed immediately. 

3. A popular journalist and TV host in Lagos got beheaded.

4. Christians were poured petrol and set ablaze right on the street.

5. Rape became so rampant that demons filled the entire country so much so that even strong Christians came under the influence of the rape culture. 

Some reassuring revelations of victory I have had:

1. The entire operation infrastructure of the enemy was uprooted and cast out of the shores of Nigeria.

2. A new Nigeria so colourful and beautiful emerged as we read and prayed from Isaiah 62.  

Since 2021 that we began praying seriously for the nation, we have seen the Lord raise quite a number of voices in the defence of the Christian faith - Apologetics. This is a community of brothers and sisters who suddenly sprung up, debunking lies that have been propagated about our faith and Master. This is why we strongly believe that the next thing the Lord is about to do is to see to the total collapse of the terror networks ravaging the nation.
